Executive Director, Major Projects & IBAsJessica is a member of the Kettle and Stony Point First Nation. She completed a graduate degree in Environmental Sustainability, a Master of Science degree in Rural Planning and Development and is currently working towards her professional planning designation. Jessica has worked as an Environmental Planner for the last two years with SOAR Professional Services where she led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex projects and collaborated with First Nation communities in the impact assessment process. She is a strong, passionate leader with a desire to work closely with and learn from her community.

Reggie George serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Projects and Partnerships at the Three Fires Group, a First Nations–owned investment organization headquartered in Kettle Point, Ontario. His leadership is defined by a commitment to advancing Indigenous economic sovereignty while positioning First Nations communities at the forefront of Canada’s clean energy transition.Championing Energy and InfrastructureIn his role, Reggie has spearheaded initiatives that connect Indigenous communities to opportunities in electricity transmission and distribution. Through partnerships with companies such as Domino High Voltage and Tower Power Inc., he has worked to ensure that First Nations play a central role in both supplying and repairing critical energy infrastructure. His vision includes exploring the creation of a Local Distribution Company (LDC), which would allow Indigenous communities to directly manage and benefit from energy delivery systems.Driving Innovation in Recycling and SustainabilityReggie has been instrumental in advancing battery recycling and circular economy projects. A key example is the AKI Recycling joint venture between Electra and the Three Fires Group, which is pioneering Indigenous-led solutions for repurposing critical minerals and reducing environmental impact. Alaina Monkhouse
Executive Director, SouthwindAlaina is a member of the Kettle and Stony Point First Nation. She has received her advanced diploma in Business Administration, accounting specialization from Lambton College in Sarnia. This program has helped her develop valuable critical thinking and analytical skills. She joined Southwind Corporate Development as a part of the finance team and is now leading operations of Southwind’s subsidiary businesses. Alaina shares the goals and visions of Southwind and by extension Kettle and Stony Point First Nation. Her focused skills and abilities will lead the team to success.

Jana is a dedicated professional with graduate training in First Nations Studies and a Master of Public Service. Since joining the Three Fires Group in October 2024 as the Consultation and Monitoring Coordinator, she has helped with responding to various consultation requests and supporting the fieldwork monitoring program. Known for her policy expertise and strong analytical skills, Jana is committed to meaningful, community‑driven work. In her spare time, she loves being with family, getting outside, and stepping into the ring as an amateur boxer.

Dennica Monague-Sands
Environmental Planner
Dennica is a proud Anishinaabe Kwe from the martin clan. She currently lives and works in her community for Three Fires Group as their Environmental Planner. She has a background with grassroots teachings and knowledge passed down from generations on both maternal and paternal sides.She has always had an end goal of obtaining a post-secondary education in environmental sciences to compliment her already unique knowledge and teachings from the land and water. She graduated from Sault College in Sault Saint Marie, Ontario from their Natural Environment Technician- Conservation and Management program. She hopes with this western knowledge, she can make a positive impact by protecting and advocating for our next seven generations and all of creation through consultation. -

Courtney is an Anishinaabe-kwe and proud member of Kettle and Stony Point First Nation. As a Research Assistant and Community Engagement Liaison with Three Fires Group, she is dedicated to supporting community-centered research, strengthening relationships, and amplifying Indigenous voices through meaningful engagement and collaboration.
Courtney is passionate about protecting the environment, supporting community wellness, and fostering connections between people, land, and culture. Her work is guided by respect, reciprocity, and a deep commitment to future generations.
Family and community are at the heart of everything she does. She values creating spaces where people feel heard, supported, and empowered, while honouring the traditions, knowledge, and resilience of Anishinaabe people.
